Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of proven software development experience, specializing in Java, Spring Boot, React and Oracle.
Demonstrated knowledge of client core business functions.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills.
Relationship and consensus building skills.
In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture and Data Structures/OOP with Java.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of full-stack engineers across design, development and delivery of enterprise applications.
Contribute to codebase and deliver solutions aligned with sprint commitments.
Provide technical guidance, ensure coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
Drive design, documentation and development of scalable, low-latency services.
Actively optimize development processes, tooling, and automation.
