Job summary

United Way of Northern New Jersey seeks aSenior Vice President, Technology to lead enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, AI, digital innovation, and business transformation. Hybrid work with direct reporting to the CEO and a seat on the Executive Leadership Team will ensure scalable solutions aligned with mission impact.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with enterprise tech strategy and transformation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; success leading cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of tech initiatives at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-year technology and business transformation roadmap aligned to mission impact.
Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, and resilience across the organization.
Partner with leaders to redesign processes and drive technology-enabled organizational growth.
Represent technology strategy to CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.
