Job summary

datadotorg in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead IT, CRM and Data Analytics, blending strategy with execution. You will sculpt the enterprise technology vision, scale data capabilities, and champion responsible AI to drive donor engagement and operational efficiency.

You will build and oversee roadmaps, budgets, and vendor relations while empowering leaders to deliver measurable ROI and trusted data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with professional experience.
Master's degree preferred in information systems, technology management or related field.
At least 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including 8 years of people management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise technology, data and AI roadmap aligned with the strategic plan.
Build business cases with clear baselines, costs, benefits and adoption measures; track ROI with Finance.
Set technology investment priorities, manage budget and vendor portfolio within authority.
Lead AI initiatives from opportunity assessment to deployment and sustained use across functions.
Partner with leaders to translate needs into analytics, dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.
Establish enterprise architecture principles and governance across IT, CRM and Data Analytics.
Attract, hire and develop technical talent; coach managers and ensure delivery and service quality.
