Data is seeking a strategic VP to unite the IT, CRM and Data Analytics teams and drive the enterprise technology vision. You will oversee AI initiatives, data governance and platform integration to support board-level decision making and donor engagement.

Lead talent across IT, CRM and Data Analytics, manage budgets, and partner with executives to deliver measurable ROI and reliable data capabilities that scale across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
• Master’s degree in information systems, technology management, computer science, business administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience with 8+ years in people management.
• Experience leading AI implementations that moved into regular business use with measurable impact.
• Experience leading data warehouse implementation, modernization, integration and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Turn strategy into measurable value by developing and executing an enterprise technology, data and AI roadmap aligned with the strategic plan.
• Build business cases with clear baselines, full costs, benefits and adoption measures; track ROI with Finance and business owners.
• Lead AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through deployment and sustained use across functions.
• Connect data to decisions by guiding CRM and Data Analytics roadmaps and ensuring trusted donor and performance views.
• Grow talent by attracting, developing and retaining strong technical leaders across IT, CRM and Data Analytics.
