Job summary

NeighborWorks America seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead technology vision, digital transformation, and data governance. You will partner with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders to align investments with mission, manage risk, and drive an enterprise-wide IT strategy through the IT&S leadership team.

You will oversee operations, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused technology organization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent.
• 18+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 7+ years in senior IT leadership directing multiple technology disciplines.
• Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with NeighborWorks America's mission.
• Provide executive oversight for enterprise technology services via the IT&S leadership team.
• Oversee enterprise technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and business resilience.
• Drive data strategy and governance to enable informed decisions across programs.
• Partner with CEO, Board and senior leaders to advance digital transformation and collaboration across the network.
