Job summary

The Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to lead a cross-functional team spanning IT, data, analytics, and operations. This executive will shape CJP's technology strategy, drive modernization of business applications, and advance data-driven decision making to enhance impact locally and globally.

Responsibilities include enterprise system leadership, cybersecurity, and collaboration with fundraising, finance, and strategy teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
MBA preferred with emphasis on IT.
10+ years leading technology functions, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications.
Experience in nonprofit/philanthropic sector is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead enterprise system implementations (CRM, accounting, grants management).
Oversee data governance, analytics, and cybersecurity programs.
Ensure reliable IT operations, security, and compliance across the organization.
Partner with executives to advance technology in fundraising, marketing, and operations.
