Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative, order processing, purchasing, logistics, customer service, or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and email with vendors, technicians, and internal contacts.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate purchasing, order, and vendor information in internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, technicians, and internal teams by phone and email.
• Support the Tech Buyer team with purchase order processing, follow-up, and administrative coordination.
• Track order details, resolve basic discrepancies, and help ensure timely communication on purchasing needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy.
• Assist with general clerical, data entry, and order processing duties as needed.
