Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, data entry, or administrative support in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or product-based company.
• Experience processing purchase orders and working with customer account information.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or product-based environment.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and order entry or business software.
• Familiarity with inventory status updates, shipment follow-up, and purchase order documentation.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with sales, production, shipping, warehouse, and operations teams.

Responsabilités

• Enter customer purchase orders, account details, and order information into internal systems.
• Process purchase orders, send confirmations, and provide updates on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email while resolving order discrepancies and service-related issues.
• Monitor inventory status, communicate out-of-stock or discontinued items, and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and operations teams to follow up on orders and expedite delayed or missing shipments.
• Assist with customer account updates, promotions, filing, record retention, and general clerical support.
