Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn technical products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders and change orders.
• Review invoices and pricing for accuracy and cost entry.
• Obtain vendor quotes and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delays.
• Maintain purchasing records and ERP documentation.
• Support inventory needs and department administration.
