Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory/Shipping & Receiving professional to support our Central Depot. Responsibilities include intake, inspection, cleaning, repackaging, data entry, and redistribution of IT assets and equipment.

You’ll work with Facilities and IT teams to ensure accuracy and efficient handling during high‑volume periods. The role emphasizes organized storage, quality checks, and timely processing, with opportunities to assist in deliveries and various administrative

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and experience in assembly, packaging, or related work.
• Experience in warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, or shipping, plus quality control or cleaning is preferred.
• Attention to detail to maintain quality and inventory integrity during cleaning, organizing, and packaging of equipment.
• Basic understanding of computers and computer peripherals; familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages at the depot, focusing on receiving and handling returned IT assets.
• Inspect returned equipment for condition, completeness, and accuracy against records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment for review.
• Clean, sanitize, and repackage equipment for redistribution.
• Enter and update tagged IT equipment in the inventory system with data accuracy.
• Maintain organized workflows for high-volume intake periods with other team members.
• Organize and maintain storage of company equipment at the depot.
• Maintain shipping/receiving area and report supply needs.
• Assist with contacting offices about overdue equipment as needed.
• Support inventory audits and ensure proper logging and storage of equipment.
• Assist with delivering packages to carriers or offices as needed.
• Support other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
