Job summary

PedalPoint Recycling & PedalPoint LifeCycle Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Auditor in Frederick, MD to inventory IT equipment, devices, and testing gear. Responsibilities include collecting inbound inventory, performing hard drive removal and serial capture, and logging activities in the Razor ERP system with careful attention to detail.

You will interact with clients, vendors, and staff, follow varied inbound load instructions, and maintain accurate records while staying current on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry, inventory, auditing, or high-detail work
• Broad experience with general IT devices, scanners, and hand tools
• Broad experience with computers, hard drives, and removal/replacement of components
• General data entry knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees and customers
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new software
• Ability to perform general arithmetic
• Ability to handle duties with discretion and confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Audit and inventory IT equipment, devices, and testing gear
• Collect inventory on inbound equipment loads
• Perform hard drive removal and serial capture
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Move equipment to resale or recycle per procedures
• Record and document all work activities in detail
• Update ERP Razor with correct locations/workflows
• Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues as needed
• Stay informed about IT equipment technology changes
• Pursue additional knowledge and experience
