Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP in Massillon, OH seeks an Inventory/Shipping & Receiving associate to handle depot operations, intake, inspection, cleaning, and redistribution of returned IT assets.

You will process packages, verify equipment against records, log items in the inventory system, organize storage, and support audits and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and experience in assembly, packaging, or related work.
• Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, or shipping preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strict quality checks and tidy organization.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with IT equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing packages with focus on returned IT assets.
• Inspect equipment for condition, completeness, and accuracy against records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and repackages equipment for redistribution.
• Enter and update tagged IT in inventory system with data integrity.
• Maintain organized workflows for high-volume intake periods.
• Organize storage of company equipment at the depot.
• Maintain shipping/receiving area and report supply needs.
• Assist with contacting offices about overdue equipment.
• Support inventory audits and accountability.
• Assist with delivering packages to FedEx/UPS/USPS as needed.
• Support other administrative duties and projects.
