Job summary

DevRev is building the first agentic platform unifying customer support and software development on a shared knowledge graph. The Tech Alliances team drives partnerships with AWS, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, Salesforce, and more.

We seek a Tech Alliance Architect to identify joint value, build reference architectures, and evangelize these insights to business and technical audiences. You'll work closely with partner and internal teams to turn validated use cases into scalable

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in solutions engineering, architecture, developer relations, or technical alliances.
Strong techno-business acumen with ability to architect solutions and articulate GTM value.
Hands-on depth with AI/cloud ecosystems, MCP, data platforms, and cloud marketplaces.
Proven ability to create demos, reference architectures, integrations, and enablement content.
Comfort presenting at events and engaging with partner technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Identify net-new joint use cases with partner platforms to unlock differentiated value.
Design and build joint solutions, reference architectures, and integrations.
Create technical assets: demos, guides, white papers, and workshop content.
Act as a technical evangelist at partner events, conferences, and launches.
Collaborate with Tech Alliance, GTM, and product teams to scale partner motions.
Serve as the technical liaison between DevRev and partner stacks.
