Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our most strategic partnerships, Anthropic and AWS. You will design programs from the ground up, activate partner-funded customer engagements, and build a repeatable playbook for joint success.

You will lead a team, align with engineering, SO, and marketing leadership, and drive measurable pipeline through co-marketing campaigns and joint offerings in the AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships, with hyperscaler experience.
• Hands-on experience with partner programs: MDC/MAP, co-sell, portals.
• Proven track record building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team; executive-facing.
• Comfortable engaging at executive level and managing program mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate programs into playbooks.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences.
• Experience with GCP, OpenAI or other AI partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded engagements from scoping through reimbursement.
• Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded activations and coordinate delivery.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network and pursue co-marketing opportunities.
• Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic to advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day, renewals, and Premier Tier status; drive co-sell motions.
