Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our most strategic partnerships, Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, activate partner-funded customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to turn partnerships into measurable pipeline.

You will lead a team, drive executive relationships with Anthropic and AWS, and explore early-stage partnerships with other AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships.
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms.
• Track record of building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Comfortable at executive level with partners and customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences.
• Experience with GCP, OpenAI, or other ecosystem partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — activation programs and funded engagements.
• Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded activations and milestones.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network and advocate roles.
• Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic to support joint accounts.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day and maintain Premier Tier.
• Build and expand co-sell with AWS field teams and plan joint accounts.
• Manage AWS funding programs and maximize benefits.
• Lead and develop a partner management team; set priorities and cadence.
• Turn partner programs into pipeline with sales, marketing and delivery.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events.
• Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and others; monitor competitive landscape.
