Job summary

You will translate technical concepts into clear content, partnering with internal teams to identify training needs and develop materials for diverse audiences.

The role involves creating multi-modal learning resources, facilitating sessions, and drafting communications about tech updates.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person training.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and determine learning requirements.
• Design and develop engaging, multi-modal learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Create clear technical materials, including guides, docs, job aids, and presentations.
• Curate content from internal/external partners to meet business needs.
• Facilitate instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Draft company-wide communications about technology changes and updates.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to improve adoption of new tools.
• Develop templates, standards, and repeatable processes for learning solutions.
• Stay current on learning and technology trends, including generative AI.
