Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training or learning solutions.
  • Previous customer service, project coordination, or project management experience is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging instructions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort learning new technology platforms.
  • Experience with or knowledge of learning management system administration is preferred.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with an interest in improving user engagement and technology adoption.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

  • Stay current on learning, technology, and industry trends to ensure programs remain modern and engaging.
  • Evaluate learning solutions for effectiveness and impact in close collaboration with the User Experience team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology adoption through creative learning strategies and emerging tools, including generative AI.

The Role
