Job summary

MSI Company is seeking a Technology & AI Training Specialist to lead technology and AI training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and to onboard new hires. The role emphasizes training delivery over IT support or instructional design and requires a dynamic, high-energy trainer able to engage adult learners.

The ideal candidate will facilitate sessions for employees at various levels, partner with SMEs, and stay current with AI and learning trends to incorporate new tools into training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Learning & Development, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, technology training or related field.
• Proven experience facilitating live classroom training and presenting to groups.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to explain technology clearly to different audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, polished and engaging presentation style with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.

Schedule: Hybrid - ideally 4-5 days onsite initially, with flexibility to move to a minimum of 3 days onsite once established.

Our client is a well-established, fast-paced professional organization seeking a Technology & AI Training Specialist to join its Learning & Development team. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys working with people, leading training, and helping employees become more confident with technology.

The ideal candidate is a polished, high-energy trainer/facilitator who understands adult learning, is comfortable presenting to groups, has solid technology experience, and has a genuine interest in AI.

Position Summary

The Technology & AI Training Specialist will deliver technology and AI training through in-person classroom sessions, virtual training, one-on-one instruction, and new-hire onboarding. This person will partner with learning professionals, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and supporting materials.

This is primarily a training and facilitation role, not an IT Support or purely Instructional Design position.

• Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, polished and engaging presentation style with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and internal stakeholders

Preferred

• Working knowledge of instructional design principles
• Experience with AI tools or AI-integrated applications is a plus, but AI expertise is not required
• Professional services experience is preferred — law, accounting, tax, finance or similar environments
