Sight Sciences seeks an Interventional Dry Eye Representative to grow existing account usage of the TearCare device and disposables, while driving new sales in the assigned territory.

You will build strategic sales plans, manage the selling process, provide in-office demonstrations, train customers, and travel up to 40% to meet targets. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in med device sales are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of med device sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong territory administration performance including CRM, expenses, and inventory.
• Proven clinical selling skills and customer advisory ability.
• Business acumen with patient access and reimbursement understanding.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable to change.

Responsabilités

• Create strategic, sales-focused business plans for the assigned Territory.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Provide in-office product demonstrations, integration, and training.
• Manage the selling process with emphasis on account management.
• Build relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
• Travel up to 40% overnight; face-to-face interactions up to 90%.
• Represent Sight Sciences at industry events and conferences.
