Sight Sciences Inc is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to train clinicians and staff on the TearCare System, driving adoption and utilization across practices. You will partner with the Dry Eye Representative to support existing TearCare customers and expand usage through clinical education, reimbursement guidance, and strong account management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in an ophthalmic setting, training experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of experience in clinical optometric/ophthalmic setting.
• Experience in training and/or coaching.
• Knowledge of market access and reimbursement.
• Experience with ocular surface disease identification and management with devices preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-office training and product integration, ensuring a positive initial experience with TearCare and subsequent growth of utilization.
• Create a comprehensive plan with each practice to optimize practice flow in a reimbursed environment.
• Work closely with Ocular Surface Representative to become trusted partner to TearCare accounts.
• Produce consistent touch points with assigned accounts through identified frequency goals.
• Understand customer priorities and drivers, and implement solutions to meet needs.
• Conduct business-level conversations with ECPs and office administrators.
• Support patient access through education and reimbursement resources, and partner with market access team.
• Accurate and timely customer data entry and forecasting in CRM.
• Effectively use TearCare clinical data in interactions with ECPs.
• Implement marketing plans, promotions and programs.
• Attend conferences and support the commercial team.
• Stay up to date on new dry eye technologies and trends.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and other requirements.
