Job summary

Sight Sciences is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist in Philadelphia to provide clinical and product training for TearCare, driving usage and sales growth across accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of experience in clinical optometric/ophthalmic setting.
• Experience in training and coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office training and product integration for TearCare with a focus on initial positive experiences.
• Develop plans with practices to optimize workflow and reimbursement in TearCare utilization.
• Collaborate with Ocular Surface Representative to support TearCare accounts and drive adoption.
• Maintain CRM data entry accuracy and timely forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Stay up to date on new dry eye technologies and industry trends.
