Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for Adult Education TEAMS Data. The role reports to the Director I Adult Education and involves entry and analysis of TEAMS data, plus generating reports for teachers and administrators.

The position is grant-funded, non-exempt, with a salary range of $38,850 to $43,211. The employee helps with office tasks and supports program improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3 years secretarial experience required.
• TEAMS data-entry experience preferred.
• Experience working in Adult Education preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas Workforce Commission grant requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters student and staff information into TEAMS timely and accurately.
• Retrieves and archives student information.
• Summarizes TEAMS data and provides TEAMS reports.
• Assists teachers and administrators with TEAMS data analysis for program improvement.
• Assists students and the public as necessary.
• Assists with office administrative tasks as needed.
