Job summary

XPO is seeking a Team Driver in Alabama to operate with an existing partner on extended sleeper-tractor runs. You will coordinate with dispatchers and fellow drivers to meet delivery windows across XPO facilities.

The role offers weekly pay, health insurance from day one, a 5 days on/2 days off schedule, and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. Experience in team driving and a valid CDL-A are required.

Qualifications

• Team players who can coordinate with a partner and dispatchers.
• Strong verbal and written communication for effective coordination.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities with a partner driver.
• Maintain CMV safety and comply with DOT regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations on long-distance routes, 5 days on/2 off.
• Support a culture of safety and on-time deliveries.
