Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking Team Drivers to operate sleeper-tractor configurations on extended runs. You will partner with another driver, travel five days per week, and manage loads between XPO facilities while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes a mileage pay rate, hourly waiting pay, holiday pay, health benefits from day one, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and in-house freight with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team; both members must apply.
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Must have a safe driving record and history.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Possess HazMat, Tank Vehicle and Doubles/Triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities, coordinating with fellow employees.
• Navigate routes while maintaining CMV safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances within a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Safely operate the vehicle within DOT regulations and use required systems.
• Lift and handle items as needed and perform entry on reports and logs.
