Job summary

Fulenwider Group is hiring a Team Trainer for Taco Bell in Kings Mountain, NC. You will be the go-to person during shifts, responsible for training new employees across cashier, drive-thru, and other positions, while maintaining guest service standards.

You will cross-train staff, coach, oversee team in manager's absence, ensure food safety and order accuracy, manage pre-shift huddles, scheduling, and cost controls, and produce productivity reports to help the store run smoothly.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You’ll be the go‑to person during the shift – the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed. Team Trainers are motivated, team‑oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
