Job summary

Taco Bell in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a Team Trainer to support crew members in roles such as cashier or drive-thru. You’ll train new employees, resolve shift issues, and be the go-to person who keeps the operation running smoothly.

You’ll cross-train teammates, coach on procedures, oversee team performance when the manager is absent, and help ensure guest satisfaction, accuracy of orders, and adherence to brand standards.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You’ll be the go‑to person during the shift – the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team‑oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
