Job summary

Fulenwider Group in Erwin, TN is seeking a Team Trainer to join our KFC crew. In this role you’ll work as a team member across positions such as cashier and drive-thru while training new employees and being the first line of resolution during shifts.

You’ll motivate and coach the team, oversee operations when the manager is away, focus on customer satisfaction, and ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders while scheduling and supporting pre-shift meetings.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive-thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
