Job summary

Fulenwider Group is seeking a Team Trainer at the Dayton, TN location to support the KFC crew. The role trains new employees, cross-trains staff, and acts as the go-to person on shift to resolve issues and help maintain service standards.

You will lead training sessions, oversee teammates in the absence of management, and focus on customer satisfaction, food safety, and accurate order fulfillment while fostering teamwork and growth within the restaurant team.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go‑to person during the shift—the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team‑oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
