Fulenwider Group is seeking a Team Trainer at our KFC location in Elkin, NC. You will be a crew member but slated to train new employees and serve as the on-shift go-to person.

You will train, coach, and oversee teammates when a manager isn't present, ensuring guest satisfaction, high standards, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in training new employees and coaching.
• Ability to lead a team and resolve issues during shifts.
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Cross-train current employees and lead new product or procedure training.
• Oversight: supervise team members when the manager is not present.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide and grow the team.
• Maintain standards with fellow team members.
• Pre-shift huddles or meetings.
• Schedule team members.
• Monitor food cost and cost controls.
• Produce productivity reports.
• Setup functional aisles and dining room.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.

As aTeam Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive-thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include:

• Training:Cross-training current employees, leading new product or procedure training, and coaching
• Oversight:Overseeing team members when the manager is not present
• Customer satisfaction:Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Leadership:Guiding and growing the team.
• Standards:Working with fellow team members to ensure standards are met and consistent
