Job summary

Fulenwider Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Team Trainer for our KFC location. You will work in a crew position (cashier, drive-thru, or other) and be the go-to person on the shift for resolving issues and training new employees.

Responsibilities include cross-training current staff, coaching, overseeing team in the absence of the manager, and ensuring guest satisfaction, food safety, and order accuracy.
