Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a Team Support Staff Lead to join our frontline operations in Michigan. You will support the front staff team, assist daily administrative tasks, and coordinate training and scheduling under the guidance of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership in a supportive healthcare environment with opportunities to mentor staff and improve front desk workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of support staff experience with progression into lead/training roles.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of the front staff support team.
• Provide daily administration support for the front staff support team.
• Train and orient new front support staff on procedures and applications.
• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor workload within the department.
• Plan and implement projects as assigned by Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
• Supervise front support staff and provide development feedback during probationary periods.
