Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of support staff experience with progression in a lead, training, or mentoring role.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the front staff support team.
• Provide daily administration support for the front staff support team.
• Train or orient new front staff and current front staff on procedures and applications.
• Assist in arranging staff schedules, monitor workload and coordinate general workflow.
• Plan and implement projects assigned by Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
• Oversee development plans and provide performance feedback.
