Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Team Support Staff Lead to strengthen our front-end operations. You will train and coordinate the front staff, create staff schedules, cover shifts, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Grounded by policy and people-focused care, you will mentor frontline colleagues, manage calendars, and ensure accurate records while supporting supervisors and the clinic manager in daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of front staff support experience or equivalent.
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the front staff support team.
• Provide daily administrative support for the front staff team.
• Plan and implement staff training and orientation on new procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assign work, monitor workload and workflow.
• Lead projects assigned by Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
• Supervise front staff per Supervisor or Clinic Manager directions.
• Offer calendar management, visitor/patient greeting, data entry and call screening.
• Maintain department files and assist in medical records as needed.
