Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) on-site to keep shifts on track and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will lead the team, drive execution, and make key decisions to maintain smooth operations.

You will coordinate Associates, customers, and orders, enforce store policies, and coach staff. This role offers a 4-day work week option, a shift differential for late hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
