Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who can be counted on to deliver results consistently. They help set the company’s selling standards, provide coaching and direction to Sales Associates, and are responsible for keeping the sales floor presentable, delegating daily projects, and training others. TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and merchandising, all focused on achieving store goals. Enthusiastic attitude is key!

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 hourly
