Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others and be responsible for delivering consistent results. Your role includes setting sales standards, coaching and directing Sales Associates, maintaining the sales floor, delegating daily tasks, and training team members. Additionally, you will assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, inventory management, and achieving store goals, including sales, customer service, staff retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00.
