Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver consistent results, set sales standards, and coach Sales Associates. They maintain the sales floor, delegate projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities
  1. Staffing: Manage shifts, lead others
  2. Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction
  3. Delivery of Results: Inventory control, sales strategies
  4. Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, floor moves, organization, and execution of merchandising plans
Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to lead and communicate confidently
  • Detail-oriented with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient in digital devices and online applications
  • Growth mindset and outgoing personality
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1-2 years of retail experience; coaching/training experience preferred
  • Availability for 10-20 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
  • Aiming for long-term growth in store leadership and operations
  • Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
