Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House could be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain the sales floor, and delegate daily projects. They should be focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and other activities to achieve store goals, including sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: Managing shifts, leading others

4. Merchandising: Meeting visual standards, organizing, floor moves, and execution of merchandising plans

Qualifications

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
