Job Description

Are you passionate about sports, local events, fashion, retail, or leading others? Rally House might be the perfect fit for you! Our Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver consistent results, set selling standards, and coach Sales Associates. They are responsible for maintaining an attractive sales floor, delegating daily tasks, and training staff. Additionally, TSLs assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, and merchandising, all while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: managing shifts and leading team members
• Customer Service: prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Deliver Results: managing inventory and sales strategies
• Merchandising: maintaining visual standards, organizing, and executing floor plans

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 years of retail experience; coaching experience preferred
• Availability for 10-20 hours weekly, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aiming for long-term growth within store leadership and operations
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, color differentiation, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay rate: $14.00 - $16.00 hourly
