(ACT), a world leader in thermal management solutions, is looking for a Lead Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Mountain & Northwest territory (CO, UT, MT, WY, ID, OR, WA). This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical sales efforts, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to ACT’s continued success. About the Role: As a Lead Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Developing territory sales plans and executing strategies to expand ACT’s market presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Visiting customers, managing accounts, and conducting technical exchange meetings.
  • Business Development: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities, increasing quote volume, and securing new bookings.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with ACT’s inside sales, engineering, production, and quality teams.
  • Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintaining accurate sales data and reporting updates on forecasts.
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel within the region and to ACT headquarters.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of technical sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organization, and time management.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office products; CRM software experience is a plus.
  • Security Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual required due to ITAR regulations.
