Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain the sales floor, delegate projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, achieving store goals, sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing: manage shifts, lead others

  • Merchandising: meet visual standards, organize floor moves, plan and execute merchandising

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.81 to $17.81.
