Job Description

Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who can be counted on to deliver results consistently. They help set the company’s selling standards, provide coaching and direction to Sales Associates, keep the sales floor presentable, delegate daily projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, achieving store goals including sales, customer service, mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is key!
