Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver consistent results, set selling standards, and coach Sales Associates. They maintain the sales floor, delegate daily projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations, including returns, transfers, and merchandising, aiming to achieve store goals such as sales, customer service, staff retention, and loss prevention. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!
