Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who can be counted on to deliver results consistently. They help set the company’s selling standards and provide coaching and direction to Sales Associates. They are responsible for maintaining the sales floor, delegating daily projects, and demonstrating focus, nurturing skills, and the ability to train others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and other activities required to achieve store goals, including sales objectives, customer service, mentoring, staff retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is key!

Responsibilities
  1. Staffing: shift management, leading others
  2. Customer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priority
  3. Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
  4. Merchandising: meeting Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning, and execution
