Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. They delegate daily projects, are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and action memos. They are responsible for achieving store goals, including sales, customer service, staff mentoring and retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: shift management, leading others
2. Customer service: maintaining top priority for customers
3. Delivery Results: managing inventory, implementing selling strategies
4. Merchandising: meeting visual standards, organizing, planning, and executing floor moves and merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching experience preferred
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aiming for a long-term role with opportunities for advancement in store leadership and operations
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
