Station Casinos seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations at our Las Vegas properties. You will answer phones, greet guests and team members, handle inquiries in person, on the phone, and by email, and initiate background/drug testing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to express ideas and make recommendations on job related issues.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet guests (internal and external).
• Respond to Team Member inquiries in-person, over the phone and via email.
• Initiate pre-employment background/drug testing.
• Update posting of job openings weekly after receipt from Employment Recruiter.
• Data entry in the HCM System (terminations and new hire information).
• Assist with Gaming Control Board registrations/renewals and maintain work card records in HCM.
