Job summary

Goldfish Swim School Needham is seeking confident, dependable Swim Instructors to teach water safety and swimming skills in a fun, positive family setting.

As a part-time team member, you will teach children aged 4 months to 12 years using Goldfish's play-based curriculum, maintain pool safety, and communicate progress to families. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, and lifeguard certification is required during employment with courses offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years).
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified).

Join the Goldfish Swim School - Needham Crew! Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $17 - $19 per hour Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (shift length ranging from 3-6 hrs/day)

What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months -12 years old using Goldfish's proven, play based curriculum

• Communicate clearly with families about swimmer's progress
• Maintain pool safety

Requirements/Qualifications:
