Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Westfield, IN, responsible for ensuring every guest is delighted by the quality of food and service. This role includes managing and developing team members, leading shifts, and building a culture of warmth and trust.

Your Role Includes

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.

This Opportunity Is for You

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
