Job summary

Panera LLC is looking for a Team Manager in Frisco, TX, who will ensure that every guest is delighted by the food quality and service. In this role, you will lead and develop team members, train staff in food safety standards, and manage daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, is ServSafe certified or able to achieve it, and possesses strong leadership skills. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds.
• Stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
