Job summary

Panera LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Manassas, VA, who will ensure guest satisfaction through quality food and service. The role includes leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety standards, and building loyalty among guests.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
